Staco Insurance Plc (the Company) hereby inform its esteemed shareholders and other stakeholders that it was unable to submit the Company’s second quarter unaudited financial statements (UFS) for the period ended 30th June 2020 to The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange) by 30th July 2020.

The Company regrets its inability to file these accounts within the period stipulated by The exchange. This is because the Company is yet to file its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 and the year ended 31st December 2019 (2018 AFS and 2019 AFS), the submission of which is a prerequisite for the filing of the UFS.

Please be assured that the 2018 AFS and 2019 AFS will be submitted to The Exchange upon finalisation by the Company, and once submitted to and approved by our primary regulator, including the outstanding quarterly unaudited financial statements.

We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences the delay might have caused.
